There is no fixed time period to appear for tests. However, tests will be uploaded as per the given time table. You can appear for the tests as per your convenience.

Your result/analysis of test will be displayed as soon as you finish your test.

How can I get my rank?

How to attempt GATE Mock Test?

IIT Bombay is the conducting authority for GATE Exam 2022, hence all the notifications related to GATE Exam will be released by them. Also, the dates of mock test of GATE 2022 will be announced by IIT Bombay. Mock test 2022 will be a dummy or simulation of actual question paper of GATE Exam 2022 and it will help candidates in their preparations for GATE Exam. Moreover, solving the GATE 2022 mock test will help candidates to understand how questions are framed in the exam which ultimately enable candidates to gain the confidence to attempt the actual question paper.

The Benefit of attempting this mock test is that Candidates will be able to get familiar with the exam pattern and exam paper. Authorities will release separate mock tests for the various GATE papers conducted by them. The mock test will be 3 hours long and will consist of objective type questions for GATE 2022. Steps to attempt GATE Mock Test 2022

IIT Bombay will tentatively release the mock test of GATE 2022 in November. Candidates will be able to practice mock test in online mode. Follow the below steps to practice GATE 2022 mock test:

Upon logging in, candidate can take the test
The test will have a timer that will indicate the time left for the mock test to end

Note: Candidates need to have a computer with a good internet connection, preferably broadband so that they can practice the test without any connectivity issues.

Feature of GATE Mock Test 2022

Mock test 2022 will be a dummy or simulation of actual question paper of GATE Exam 2022
Time duration for attempting Mock Test will be 3 hours (180 Minutes)
Questions in the mock test will be exactly the same pattern as actual exam.
There will be total two mandatory sections in mock test- the subject-specific section is for 85 marks and General Aptitude (GA) for 15 marks.
Subject specific paper will include 55 questions and General Aptitude (GA) will include 10 questions out of total 65 questions of GATE Exam.
