It begins with introduction to measurements.

Instruments like PMMC, Moving Iron instrument, Dynamometer are studied under this subject. Including errors in wattmeter.

Resistance measurement is a vast topic. It starts with classification and method of measurements. Contains methods of voltmeter.ammeter,substitution and loss of charge. Wheat stone bridge and Kelvin double bridge is also studied under this chapter.
